Concealment cards

This is an experimental idea. Stand up cards placed in front of the figure stands to hide their identity from you opponent. There are three kinds of cards: foot, mounted and elephant, which means your opponent will know which are your foot units but not what kind they are until 2 battlefield squares or less from those stands, at which point the stands are removed. The elephant BTW might be camels disguised as elephant - that happened historically. You can download the pdf of the artwork here.
