Thus far I have completed conversion lists for DBA, Triumph and DBM(M) to Optio. These are available on request and all suggestions, critiques, horror and outrage and the pigs' breakfast I'm making of it, welcome. 
At present I'm working on the ADLG conversion. I intend to do all the major rulesets before long. A player must already possess the army lists of that ruleset. He assembles an army using the points system, etc. of that ruleset and then plays an Optio game with it. Simple as that.
I am keen to hear suggestions from players on these lists as they are all very much WIP.
